Elaine S. MacLellan is the President of Performance Development Inc., and a member of the CRG ASSOCIATES Virtual Team. She provides Organizational and Management Development Consulting Services for clients in a variety of industries. Elaine brings over 18 years’ experience, and a proven track record of designing and delivering results-oriented training and development programs and systems.
