Using the award-winning 20/20® Insight Gold software, we offer the assessment of a wide range of training skills, including classroom, on-the-job, and technical skill sets. We will assist the trainer in creating a baseline measurement of the current skill levels, then follow up with a post-training evaluation of those same skills. Comparison data reporting format is available. |

INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
TECHNIQUES |
Participants learn how to: analyze the training need, develop the learning objectives, outline the training content, develop a training plan and guide over a period of 1-2 days. They will apply new skills and concepts for each topic area, and receive feedback on their efforts. Personal Action Planning will be an important part of the concluding activities. |

DELIVERY TECHNIQUES,
METHODS AND SKILLS |
This learning process will address each component involved in managing a learning event: starting the event, maintaining focus and interest, and closing the learning session. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss all phases of the training process, identify and practice the multiple functions/roles of the trainer, practice start up and intervention skills and overall, examine and implement a model for adult learning!
This program will include effective preparation techniques and on delivery skills and techniques, including eye contact, body gestures, body movements, stance, vocal quality, projection and much more. Participants will lead a short practice training segment of their choice which will be videotaped. A supportive, constructive feedback process will follow each presentation, aimed at identifying strengths as well as developmental opportunities. An exciting, enjoyable and productive session! |

All trainers of large and small groups or teams need to be effective, skilled facilitators to be successful in their roles.
This program will enable participants to development competency and confidence in this critical role.
This program will enable participants to: identify examples of non-verbal behavior that may require a trainer response, demonstrate effective listening skills, use appropriate questioning techniques, use the four basic facilitation skills in their practice segment, plan for applying and using these back on the job as a trainer. |
