A note from Chris Gatti

In the fall of 2003, I began a strategic planning process to steer the future growth and development of CRG ASSOCIATES. To help in this quest, I sought the guidance and experience of a team of advisors who would be willing to assess CRG’s progress, offer recommendations, and provide constructive feedback.

Hence was born the CRG Advisory Board — Cheryl Gross, Dick Eaton and Dan King — all successful businesspersons and entrepreneurs in their own right. This savvy team connected instantly, quickly gaining an inside look at CRG Associates and the challenges we face in growing a training and consulting practice in a rapidly changing and competitive marketplace.

Cheryl, Dick and Dan each bring a different perspective to the Advisory Board. Cheryl brings sound business judgment and much-needed financial acumen; Dick provides the creative energy and drive to achieve breakthrough thinking; and Dan contributes the personal counsel and guidance to protect the “heart and soul” of the business. But it’s the collective synergy of the group that has proven most invaluable.
