Chris Gatti,
Principal

 

Chris Gatti brings over 25 years experience in business, education, training, human resources and organizational development. She has served effectively in a variety of internal organizational roles, including facilitator, trainer, manager of a training and development function, consultant and project manager. She has held positions with several well known organizations, including Fidelity Investments, The Boston Five Savings Bank, Coopers & Lybrand and Aetna Insurance.

Chris is President of the Central Massachusetts Chapter of American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). She was a former member of the Greater Boston Chapter of ASTD and "Train the Trainer" Program Faculty.

She is currently an instructor for the National ASTD Human Performance Improvement Program (HPI) being sponsored by Worcester State College in Worcester, MA.

While working as a Senior Training Consultant with Zenger Miller, now AchieveGlobal, an international training and consulting firm, Chris was named "Top New Consultant of the Year" as a result of her high quality, client-focused consulting services.

Since 1996, Chris has served as Principal of CRG ASSOCIATES. In this role, she has worked with a number of organizations and industries, including: high tech, retail, manufacturing, real estate, finance, higher education, and a variety of non-profit groups.

The primary areas of expertise that Chris has focused on with her clients through the work of CRG ASSOCIATES have included: Leadership Development, Team Development, Trainer and Facilitator Development, and the related consulting services required for these clients to strategically and successfully implement their initiatives. She believes in helping to develop and support internal capability and self-sufficiency whenever possible. Chris is particularly interested in creating opportunities to partner with business, education, and community to better prepare individuals for the workplace, enhancing overall productivity and work satisfaction.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and a Master's Degree in Human Resource Education from Boston University.

She is qualified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and is certified and master-certified in a number of leading vendor training programs.
