Extensive research and testing has produced Essential Skills of Leadership (formerly Fundamental Skills of Managing ); Essential Skills of Communicating (formerly Fundamental Skills of Communicating ); Coaching Job Skills (formerly Coaching for Improved Performance ); and Improving Work Habits (formerly Improving Employee Work Habits ).

“We are very pleased about our new Essentials format which is designed to develop skills laying the groundwork for all of our Interpersonal modules. New skill practices have been added and the videos are also new,” said Karen Stodola, Supervision Series Product Manager.

Stodola adds, “Each of the four revised programs have content enhancements which help to differentiate the skill points. All of the programs have completely redesigned videos that include presentations of case studies. A powerful component that we are particularly proud of is our “ bridge ” section. The “bridge” is the instructions for bringing the classroom – based version and the online version together. This provides greater opportunity to customize the program in meeting the specific needs, timeframes, and culture of each organization.”
