About Megan

Working in start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, Megan has held a variety of executive and management positions in sales, sales management, corporate accounts, marketing and alliance management. Her extensive business experience includes strategic planning, negotiating contracts, market development, market research design and implementation, and sales management.
As a certified yoga instructor with over 14 years experience, Megan combines many mind/body techniques to build self-mastery and empower clients to create change from the inside out.
Along with being the past-president for the Central Massachusetts American Society for Training and Development, she is editor of A Minute for Me and Mindful Marketing. Megan is on the faculty of the Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Advanced Training and teaches regularly at Listening, the Barre Integrated Health Center in Massachusetts.
