Ilana G. Traverse, principal of IMA Associates, has more than twenty-five years’ experience as a highly accomplished consultant, instructional designer, and facilitator. Her customized learning solutions; innovative, targeted workshops; and one-on-one coaching strategies increase business professionals' competence and confidence in their communication and management skills.

Prior to founding IMA Associates in 1998, Ilana held senior training and human resources management positions at major New England financial services institutions. In these roles, she partnered with cross-functional clients to plan and implement staff development initiatives.

As a consultant, Ilana has collaborated with clients in human resources, health care, financial services, retail, technology, government services, manufacturing, and education to deliver customized learning solutions for enhancing performance in the following areas:
