Our newest Strategic Alliance partner hails from the state of Connecticut, but they are making a global impact with the introduction of their most recent and powerful new program: "An Emotional Intelligence Workshop". We have been working closely with principals George Dumigan and Alan Pakiela to craft an alliance that will provide great value to our clients.
This program is based on cutting-edge research in the field of Emotional Intelligence in partnership with researchers out of Yale and the University of New Hampshire. Using the "ability model" of EI, this approach enables a participant to learn the core skills of this "true intelligence" and apply them in a practical way for improved performance and overall effectiveness in their current business role.
New Haven Consulting Group, Inc. (NHCG, Inc.) is a full-service training company specializing in sales, service, management, and compliance training. NHCG, Inc. has successfully trained tens of thousands of employees in practical and proven business knowledge and skills. Their goal is to provide quality training for high-yield results at reasonable cost and within the client's time schedule.
Support staff is an essential part of the New Haven Consulting Group, Inc. team; since so many clients require customized programs, it takes a dedicated support staff to turn around production and delivery within the client's time frame. In addition, the NHCG sales/consultant staff serves clients throughout the United States, and many of their trainers have also run workshops in foreign countries such as Malaysia, Australia and Egypt.
During the past several weeks, the As CRG ASSOCIATES team and other colleagues have been working hard, learning more about Emotional Intelligence, and will soon become certified to lead this program for clients.
