She has provided services nationally and internationally to ADP, Advest, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Chubb, CIGNA, CUNO, Diageo, General Electric, Johnson & Johnson, J.P. Morgan Chase, Kaman Aerospace, Northeast Utilities, Princeton Review, The Stanley Works, Yale University, UTC/Pratt & Whitney. 

Aetna, Inc. formerly employed Gina for ten years where, in addition to her work in human resources and training, she worked with the financial services and construction industries to provide surety and fidelity bonding.

Education and Certifications
Gina holds a Masters of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford and a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Fairfield University.  She is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, is a certified Achieve Global/Zenger-Miller Trainer and is certified in Sterling International products.  She is a facilitator of The Wisdom Wheel© and Universal Laws, One World Wisdom Project offered by the TouchStoneCenter; and an Associate of Richard Barrett and Associates which provides values based Corporate Transformation Tools.

Professional Affiliations
Her professional affiliations have included the Association for Psychological Type, the American Society for Training and Development, the International Association of Facilitators and the Western New England Organization Development Network.  She is current Hartford chapter leader for the Association of Spirit at Work.
