 Meet
Debbie Bercume, Principal of Bercume Associates, a training
and consulting firm based in Massachusetts.
Debbie's expertise includes over 20 years of collaborating
with organizations in the areas of human resources, organizational
development, training and development, and business. Organizations
from a wide variety of industries have utilized her training
and consulting services for her expertise in performance management,
leadership development, communication skills, customer service
and human resources. She is also a designer and instructor
for many HR-related courses, including two HR Certificate
Programs. Many of Debbie's courses have been approved for
recertification credit hours from the HR Certification Institute
(SHRM), and she is known for her high-energy delivery style.
Meet
Ann Rogers, a trainer and consultant who specializes in improving
companies' results through people development.
She facilitates workshops about change, conflict, improving
employee selection and customer service, promoting effective
teams, and fostering leadership that taps employee potential
at all levels. Ann offers a number of diverse workshops and
programs that can be tailored to your specific needs. She
has more than 20 years' experience helping companies and individuals
maximize their value. Ann is recognized as an outstanding
facilitator known for her humor and ability to actively engage
her participants in the learning process.
Meet
Ilana Traverse, the principal of IMA Associates, who brings
a diverse and extensive background in learning and development
as a consultant, instructional designer and facilitator.
Prior to founding IMA Associates in 1998, Ilana held a variety
of senior training and human resources roles in two major
Boston- area banks. Her expertise lies in providing customized
learning solutions to enhance performance in written communication,
teamwork, and management. Ilana has collaborated with clients
in human resources, financial services, retail, technology,
government services, manufacturing, and education. If you
have writing and business communication needs, Ilana is your

recently recognized for the firm's team approach at the annual
conference of Vital Learning Corporation, held in Dallas,
Texas.
Chris is an affiliate of Vital Learning, representing and
delivering many of their leadership, customer service and
productivity solutions.
Leading
a strategic training implementation with a mortgage finance
client headquartered in Boston, Chris is serving as project
manager for the training that is also being delivered at client
sites in Irvine, California and in Bethesda, Maryland. In
addition, Chris also serves as the program facilitator for
the Boston location. Vital Learning's new award, "Winning
With TeamWork," was created in 2003 and was inspired
by this firm's successful and collaborative training approach!
