Newest Alliance Partner of CRG ASSOCIATES... Leapfrog Innovations!

When Chris first experienced a team-based simulation led by Leapfrog Innovations, it was at a Boston-based ASTD dinner meeting. It soon became very clear that this was to be a memorable night - and certainly one unlike the "typical" dinner and networking format, followed - hopefully - by an interesting presenter.

NO... this was to be a truly "hands-on", total involvement, use-that-stored-energy kind of session and memorable it was! Given the opportunity to work in teams for a version of one of Leapfrog's "famous" team-building activities, Launch! ™ we had a very productive learning experience around how to best bring a fictitious product to market in a very short timeframe... a very realistic business goal! And, in the process, we had a great time!

Leapfrog Innovations, based in Medford, MA has just celebrated its tenth anniversary of business success. The organization develops and delivers a broad spectrum of proprietary programs ranging from team development programs to experiential learning simulations, to structured events with the sole objective to generate a "riotous release of energy." Leapfrog's experiential learning simulations and team building programs are often incorporated as an integrated component in change management, motivation, and leadership development programs.

As CRG ASSOCIATES continues to grow, it is my firm commitment to partner with professionals who share my personal and professional values of integrity, dedication, and excellence in all they do. I am pleased to introduce to you two outstanding associates who are now a part of our training and consulting team...

We've got the South Shore covered! Our most recent team associate, based in the southeastern part of the state, hails from Frito-Lay. Bringing her training, sales, and marketing expertise is Irene Olson . With over a decade in the retail industry, Irene brings a depth of knowledge, skill, and management experience to her role as training and consulting associate. Also known for her great sense of humor and her ability to engage groups during training sessions, Irene is a talented facilitator who is a model of adult learning theory in practice!

Our reach now extends into Rhode Island, with Lynne Couture of LCC and Company serving the "ocean state" client base and beyond. As a proven entrepreneur, Lynne has launched three successful businesses and her real-world experiences create strong credibility when working with clients. She brings expertise in the areas of business management, total quality and six sigma implementation support, as well as the very timely area of Ethics Training.
