| Metrics Make All the Difference |
You may be familiar with the powerful assessment software and multi-source feedback tool utilized by CRG ASSOCIATES: the 20/20® Insight Gold assessment software and related consulting services. We offer the new 20/20® Insight Gold enhanced version 4.0 which has several exciting features. As a Vital Learning Affiliate, we like to pass on important announcements and information from this international provider of employee development programs. As you may know, Vital Learning has announced a new member to its team. Mike Van Buskirk joins Vital Learning as the Chief Executive Officer.
With Mike's arrival he announced a revision to Customer-Oriented Selling (COS) and a translation to the Leadership ESSENTIAL Series to Spanish are in the works.
Mike joins Vital Learning after being with The Gallup Organization as Senior Vice President and Managing Partner for the New York Division. During his career at The Gallup Organization he established and led business operations in China. He speaks fluent Chinese.
