A New Generation of EE Engagement |
As a Vital Learning affiliate organization, CRG ASSOCIATES has had the opportunity to preview an exciting new tool in employee development. "Leading 2 Engage©" is a unique Employee Engagement process program soon to be offered by Vital Learning. It has been developed in cooperation with Curt Coffman, original co-author of "First Break All The Rules" and co-founder of "The Q-12", an early engagement measurement system. Now working with Vital Learning, Curt and Vital Learning have developed the newest and most powerful generation of employee and customer engagement process, including both a powerful assessment survey and an extraordinary leader workshop series that develops and builds engagement at the team level.
The entire "Leading 2 Engage©" process is designed to raise the level of commitment between management and employee to the "mission" of an organization, and to the eventual "engagement" of the customer base. We expect to be able to offer this new process to our clients late in 2007.

On September 28, CRG ASSOCIATES co-sponsored a second offering of a powerful event along with the firm of with Kreative Learning Solutions. This popular workshop combines two of the hottest topics today: Retaining Winning Talent and Coaching and Developing Others.
