Request for Sponsors: Trainer
Development
Series... Our Train the Trainer
Workshop Series
has been in great demand this year. Twenty-five
(25) new
and experienced trainers have attended the series;
feedback has been overwhelmingly positive!
Based on the need for these skills inside today's
organizations, CRG Associates will be offering the
series once per calendar quarter in 2006. We
currently have two client organizations committed
to "hosting" one of the series... and we are looking
for two additional organizations who would be willing
to sponsor the series in Q3 or Q4 of 2006.
Hosting would involve providing a room for the
half-day workshops on five (5) different dates during
that calendar quarter. In return for your generosity,
your organization will receive three (3) free slots in
the program series for individuals you select.
Please give our office a call soon if you would like to
partner on this rewarding program opportunity!!

| National ASTD Human Performance Improvement Program (HPI) Local Offering |
 |
HPI has come to New England!
The Center for Business and Industry at
Worcester
State College has partnered with the Central
Mass
Chapter of the American Society for Training and
Development (CMASTD) to present the only
New
England offering of the Certificate in Human
Performance Improvement (HPI).
The goal of the HPI program is to help
professionals
transition from a classic training environment to one
that encompasses a variety of human performance
improvement interventions. The HPI program
delivers
cutting-edge information that no other program
covers as thoroughly. Upon completion of the
program, practitioners will be able to identify the
training and non-training interventions needed to
close performance gaps in their organizations. And,
for those practitioners who continue on in a
classroom training capacity, this program will enable
them to make recommendations about non-training
activities that will further their classroom efforts and
increase the value of those training efforts to the
organization.
Chris is pleased to announce that she is
co-facilitating this premier National ASTD HPI series
along with her colleague, Debbie Bercume, of
Bercume Associates.
Another round is scheduled to begin in January of
2006, so contact either Chris at
chris@crgassocs.com or Dan Nicholes at dnicholes@wsc.edu
at Worcester
State College to hold your space!

A Continuing Commitment to Excellence - Meet The CRG ASSOCIATES Board of Advisors! |
|
|
|
Chris Gatti,
Principal
A Note from Chris:
In the fall of 2003, I began a strategic
planning
process to steer the future growth and development
of CRG ASSOCIATES .
To help in this quest, I sought
the guidance and experience of a team of advisors
who would be willing to assess CRG’s progress, offer
recommendations and provide constructive
feedback.
Hence was born the CRG Advisory Board --
Cheryl
Gross, Dick Eaton and Dan King -- all successful
businesspersons and entrepreneurs in their own
right. This savvy team connected instantly, quickly
gaining an inside look at CRG Associates and the
challenges we face in growing a training and
consulting practice in a rapidly changing and
competitive marketplace.
Cheryl, Dick and Dan each bring a different
perspective to the Advisory Board. Cheryl
brings
sound business judgment and much-needed financial
acumen; Dick provides the creative energy and drive
to achieve breakthrough thinking; and Dan
contributes the personal counsel and guidance to
protect the “heart and soul” of the business. But it’s
the collective synergy of the group that has proven
most invaluable.
In this collective spirit, I proudly introduce to
you, the CRG
Advisory Board.
